Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
